Yes, we have a parking area with video surveillance in the house courtyard.
Yes, each room has its own air-conditioning unit.
We welcome families with calm dogs, up to a maximum of 2 dogs per apartment, with an additional fee of €20 per dog for final cleaning.
No, final cleaning is not included. It is €50 per apartment, plus an additional €20 per dog if pets stay with you.
Yes, the apartments have Wi-Fi.
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in the apartments.
No, we are not offering airport transfers at the moment.
Yes. The minimum stay is 3 nights, but in July and August the minimum is 5 nights.
The nearest beach (Monumenti) is 3 km away, family beach (Hidrobaza) is 4km away while the city center is 3.5 km away.
Check-in is after 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late or early check-in/check-out between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM is not possible.
Please contact us at least one hour before departure and we will personally collect the keys.
Bins are located near the parking area. Please separate recyclables.
Of course, if needed we can provide fresh bed linen and towels.
Large supermarkets such as Lidl, Kaufland and Konzum are about 2 km away.
Nearby you will find Pizzeria Tivoli, Restaurant Gardelin and Fast Food Mons.
Both are about 300 meters from the apartment, opposite Restaurant Gardelin.
